Payment – We accept Visa, Mastercard, check or money order. If you order by email, fax or mail, we will call you within 24 hours of receipt of your order to let you know when you can expect shipment. If you would like to charge it, we will collect or verify your charge information at this time.

Shipping – Some items we stock and can ship them out right away, i.e. baby kits, swim caps and most polar mittens. To give you the full range of choices in all the available sizes and colors, we make all other items to order. Shipping usually takes 2-3 weeks. Give us a call and we'll let you know if its in stock and the soonest that it can be shipped.

Sizing – All our coats and hats are age-true-to-size which means that a 2 year old fits comfortably in a 2T coat and a 4yr old in a 4T, etc. Sometimes if your child has a lot of hair or a large head you should go up a size in hats. I also have a few large sized womens hat styles available. Please call if you are interested.

Gift Wrapping – A lovely wrap and gift card is available for $3. Let us know what you would like to say on the card and where to send the gift.

Special Orders – If you need to replace an old Strong Wear favorite or are wanting a hat in a different size or colorway, it is possible as long as I have the pattern and the color that you want. The extra cost is $3 for hats and $5 for coats and the item is not returnable.
